drake wing webbing Has any found this Item? I cannot find a drop location or any info on it. I was just looking at possible research combines to get up over 200 and saw this is used in Our unfired Charm.

The drake wing webbing drops from "a seething mist drake" and "a seething steam drake," both of which are found around the geyser in Sunderock Springs. In my experience, the drop rate is the 1 in 7 rate that Ngreth mentioned somewhere.
I don't know if any other drakes drop them, since I have mostly killed the two above. The Crusader of the Scale camp in Sunderock is, indeed, a good vendor mining spot for the webbing.
