  • Hides, etc list

    Do we have a comprehensive list of all the Hide, Papyrus, Vellum, etc ordered by level of the spell that they make? I have seen at least one partial list.

        I had added this before, but I guess no one really cared at the time.
        If you're interested, right-click the attachment and save to desktop.
        When it has been saved, change the extension to .html

        This is an updated version of Verdandi's main research page. I had to change the .html to a text file because I cannot upload html files.

        DOH!! It won't let me resubmit an attachment that was already submitted.

          Shabby Rough Spell Scroll
          Smudged Rough Papyrus
          Dirty Runic Papyrus
          * Paper

            They do not result in spells, but they serve very nicely as intermediate means of gaining skill with the cleaning stages.

            Think of them as the new "practice research."

              Cleaning Dirty Runic Papyrus will only take you too 100 skill.

              Oil of Vitrol will take you to 102.

              Given the availability of Saltpeter and Crystallized Sulfur (especially after the acids became available on vendors), I think new researchers would have better luck going to 102 skil with oil of vitrol. (At least my mule bot did)

                My search-fu may be weak, but do we have a list like above but with a selection of zones / mobs that drop each type?

                  I typically do a search for the item... more up to date then any list will be.
