Ether Ward (lvl 69 Wiz spell)

I'm getting DNC on:

Runic Vellum
Ink Additive of the Nameless
Quill of the Arcanist
Invigorating Thickener
Ink of Pain
Ink of Prexus

The spell is an upgrade to Magi Ward and Mana Ward, and this is the same recipie for those with the lvl 69 vellum substituted. What am I doing wrong?

Bulwark of Calrena (lvl 70 Wiz spell)

Same issue with:

Ink of Pain
Quill of the Arcanist
Ink Additive of the Nameless
Invigorating Thickener
Fine Runic Vellum

Bulwark of Calrena is an upgrade to a couple of other spells that use this recipie with different parchments.

EDIT: Posted this one too quick! After a little searching I saw some reccomendations on similar spells (for other classes) to try Ink of the Tribunal, and that worked

Took some hunting to get another Vellum without paying 25k on the Bazaar, but this seems to be it:
