getting a DNC for Ultravision

Velishoul's 43, 44 in Tome of Endless Enchantments...anyone else able to confirm? (progression server, or otherwise)

The live update they did yesterday made some tradeskill containers not work in all zones. Presumably the reset today will fix that, but if not, try in a different zone.
