Research Mana Vials

On the new trader in Arcstone, there is a "Burnt Journal Page" that states the Enchanter made "Vials of Mana" could not be made using a new item from Arcstone, and the gems normally made for those vials.

The item is described as having the same feeling as when "I harvest for mana".

I am assuming they have added research combines using this new item, a gem, and a poison vial combined in the new DoDH spell research kit.

i.e. to make a Vial of Viscous Mana should require one "new item", one pearl, and one Poison Vial.

I have not found anything yet that might fit what this new item is, however. Under Allakhazam's database, the only Arcstone items I've seen that might fit the bill are a mushroom, (Phylocite of Magic?) and a foraged item (Mana Infused Water), but I don't think they meant it to be foraged only.

Has anyone else found any items that might fit the bill, and tried any combines in old or new research containers?

my guess would be the "*** of coalesced mana" that is dropping, will check next time I'm at bank.

ex: a vial of Viscous mana will probably need:

poison vial
____ of coalesced mana
2 pearls

Vial of viscous mana
1 coalesced mana + 1 celestial essence + 2 pearls + poison vial
in spell research kit

Vial of Clear mana
1 coalesced mana + 1 celestial essence + 2 emeralds + posion vial
in spell research kit

I assume other vials will be similar but as I had no more coalesced mana I couldnt try

Well I found out what the purified version is.
It's 5 rubies, 3 coalesced mana, 1 celestial essence, and 1 poison vial. And trivial 200. I think I'll stick with casting the spell

I definitely wanted this to *NOT* replace enchanters casting their spell.
Enchanter can do it more cheaply, and in unlimited quantities.

This is just an OPTION for people having trouble finding an enchanter and needing small amounts. Plus it made sense as a small something to do.

How about an alternative to all those imbue spells?

Ohh yeah,
here comes an idea for the alternative to the imbue amber spell...
You go to the necro guild in Cabalis where you have to say a certain prayer to Cazic Thule to spawn a needed (no drop) component which you can combine in your spell research kit with 2 ambers, 1 celestial essence and 1 dropped component.

and then the guards/guildmasters of said necro guild proceed to offer you as sacrifice (using the same prayer to Cazic Thule), irony at its best!)
