Journeyman Rune Azia not combining

I attempted to make a Journeyman Rune Azia today and it would not combine for me. I used A Quill, A Piece of Parchment, Jasper, Pixie Wing and Bat Fur in the Concordance of Research. This is the recipe as I've read it but I received the red text as if it was not a proper recipe.

After spending considerable time collecting and making 50 odd beza Journeyman runes I hope there is a quick fix for this.

Can anyone else confirm this recipe may be broken?

As a side note I wonder if it may be possible to have Concordance combines use the new tradeskill window. It can get tiresome putting in the components manually.

I can't 100% confirm it, but I remember a few years back when trying to do these that either the recipes were wrong or broken for some of them, or the drops were just a pain to find. So I used practices to skill up, which I don't think you can do anymore.

I can't confirm if teh recipe is broken, but please /bug it in the game.

Also, you should /feedback in-game or post on EQLive forums, to request game features as we at EQraders have no say in the matter.

I will certainly do as you suggest.

I do recall seeing a note in a patch message from some time back that they fixed the Journeyman beza rune but nothing on the Azia.

My bad folks. Despite reading the recipe dozens of times I still didn't catch that I was substituting bat wings for bat fur in my combines. I have not tried it with the fur yet but I have no reason to believe it will not work.

I can confirm that this is working fine. I have tried this less then a week ago. So far, all the recipes up to 122 are working with no errors.

I just dread having to hunt for giant fire beetle eyes in the last one.

I did the practice research myself up until about 142? when the recipe with the giant fire beetle eyes came up. Considering only 2 mobs dropped this, I gave up and just used my training points to get to 200 (pre LoY I'm not sure there was even a recipe to get that high). Was a few years ago though, and there are other recipes available now to get to 200+.
