Dreary Deeds

Anyone had any luck with finding a recipe for Dreary Deeds ?

I started with the known successful recipe for Cloud of Grummus which is almost identical in nature to Dreary Deeds :

Parchment - 61 Parchment
Quill of the Prophet - Shaman Quill
Debilitating Thickener - Single Target Debuff
Ink of the Listless - Slow (Attack and Movement)
Ink of Bertoxxulous - Disease Resistance (checks agaisnt disease resistance)
Bertoxxulous's Ink Additive - Disease (has 16 disease counters)

and then adjusted it for Dreary Deeds :

Runic Parchment - 65 Parchment
Quill of the Coercer - Enchanter Quill
Debilitating Thickener - Single Target Debuff
Ink of the Listless - Slow (Attack and Movement
*Ink of Druzzil Ro - Magic Resistance (checks against magic resistance)
*Bertoxxulous's Ink Additive - Disease (has 16 disease counters)

which resulted in a DNC.

*I tried variations of:
Luclin's Ink Additive - Magic
Bertoxxulous's Ink Additive - Disease
Ink Additive of the Nameless - None
Ink of Druzzil Ro - Magic Resistance
Ink of Bertoxxulous - Disease Resistance
Highland Sludge Drying Powder - GoD era upgrade (shouldn't apply, but I wouldnt be suprised...)

I'm guessing the recipe hasn't been added/addressed yet.

First, Additives determine which resist check the spell is based on. Ink of Bert is for spells that either affect the disease resistance or, and this is somewhat variable among spells, for spells that add disease counters.

Beyond that, I haven't tried, so I can't offer any suggestions.

since this spell was changed AFTER the spells went in, it is a good asumption that it is not in.

Just curious... has anyone tried to make Apathy of the Nihil lately?
It occurred to me after reading a post on 'zam's about Dreary Deeds that they may have just plugged this into AotN's slot without changing everything else about it... this could lead to DD still having AotN's recipe attached to it. What kind of parchment it would have associated with it is anyone's guess, though, since AotN was level 57.

Or I could be completely off.

Might not hurt to at least try, though.

i tried apathy of nihil yesterday with:

DNC

parchment
enervating thickener
quill of coercer
ink of tranquility

:variations
ink of forgetfullness (forget if it had blur)
highland drying powder

but, since it was a lvl 57 spell, who knows which parchment was intended, if at all.

Apathy of the Nihil always had a no drop tag on it ... even after DoD. So I surely doubt there was ever a reciepe for it.

Will not be for a while

It is on a list of things to do.

But... research got its love, next time I have free time (which may be a bit) cultural drop rates get the love... then I will re-look at the list of little things to do such as this

I have memmed all the god spells to my research book but this oen and it is driveing me nutz, i have tried every combine i can think of includeing the one u mention up top. either it can't be made by research or its bugged
