Sylvan Call?

I did a search but couldn't find any information on this spell, so forgive me if it's been posted already. This spell is a bit unique in that it's a buff that gives you a proc. From what I understand, these types of spells go by the effects of the proc, and not the buff itself (from the SK spell Mental Horror). If that's the case, then I've tried the following combine with no success:

Quill of the Forest Lord (RNG spell)
Arcane Thickener (DD Single target proc)
Ink of Pain (DD component)
Ink of Marr (Stun component)
Ro's Ink Additive (checks FR on the proc)
Runic Parchment


I've tried swapping the ro's ink additive with nameless, and even both with no luck. Have tried it with just the Ink of Marr, and got DNC. When I combined it as is, without the Ink of Marr, it gave me Sylvan Burn. Anyone have any ideas?

Edit: Also just tried adding the highland sludge drying powder with no luck.

Mental Horror uses invigorating thickener (single target buff) and additive of the nameless (no resist check)... try that?

Highland sludge drying powder probably needed also to avoid making Cry of Thunder.

Possibly not though... Crying Thunder has no stun component.

I have been trying several combines as well to make this spell for a guildie with no luck.

I have tried with the invigorating thickener and additive of the nameless, i have tried what you have posted Sophi.

Guildie told me that cry of thunder and sylvan call was the same type of spell cept sylvan call has proc, so i have also tried recipe for call of thunder and then adding ink of marr and got DNC.

I have tried so many different combines that i cant remember what i have tried anymore

Any ideas is appreciated for sure

I'm still new at this. Mental Horror uses Ink of Prexus. I don't understand why it isn't Ink of Pain if it's a DD. The SK spell Black Shroud uses Ink of Pain, lucy has this one as a lifetap, which makes me think it should be Ink of Prexus. I'd tried Ink of Prexus for grins.

Ink of Prexus is for mana. Mental Horror taps mana.
Black Shroud taps life.

You were close with the cry of thunder combine. Its the exact same, but since its Call is a GoD Spell have to add Highland sludge (yes it seems odd that the stun gets ignored in the recipie) ... btw made Cry of Thunder while attemping combines. Talk about an unexpected, unwanted surprise =P
