I copied the Dru/Cle fear recipes but got DNC for:

Fine Parchment (62)
Quill of the Coercer (Enc)
Luclin's Ink Additive (vs MR)
Debilitating Thickener (Sing Tar Debuff)
Ink of Cazic-Thule (Fear)

Druid - Instinctual Panic is:

Unholy Bellow (Nec 62 fear) had DNC as well (same spell effects as jitterskin so tried with Arch Lich quill).

These fear spells are both PoP turn in and DoN vendor spells? I guess that explains why Angstlitch's Echo of Terror is researchable (submitted by Frontallobe).

Aye, I got my lvl 61 sk fear from a parchment turn in in pok.

The 62 has been elussive. As per above, it gets DNC on the combine (which is in another thread in this forum). Someone in that thread said that all 62 fears are DNC currently.
