o.k., i'll start this off by saying...I am a smith lol 
But i'm having a bear of a time getting the 65 SK spell Cloak of Luclin via the runed word turn in's (turned in 4 at once and got 4 dups 
) So looking at the formula for the spells I came up with this and was going to see what you thought. I don't have access to a high lvl researcher, So i'd kinda have to have the combine rdy for them if i could find one lol, so here goes
Cloak of Luclin
SK self buff
280hp 34ac 10ds
so
Runic Partchment- 65 spell
Quill of the dreadlord- SK
Ink additive of the Nameless- No resist
Invigorating Thickener- Self buff
Ink of the Tribunal- Ac
ink of Tunare- Hp
Ink of Pain?- for the damage shield part?
