Parchment drop rate

Does the drop rate for parchments seem to be just a bit too rare? While not quite Rune of Zephyr rare, I have only seen 3 (1 by me and 2 by guildmates) drop. The bazaar is largely void of parchments being sold and the ones that are have a 20k price tag. At this rate, it will take me years to acquire enough materials to attempt to skill up.

Just wondering if others are seeing the same thing or not.

I did the first lvl 68 spell instanced mission and saw 1 lvl 62 parchment drop for maybe 25-30 mobs killed, all trash mobs. It's the only one I have seen drop, though two or three other guildies have seen others drop. I wonder if the rate is better from named mobs.

I never saw any in the Bazaar. I haven't seen any drop, but I haven't done much in the new zones. A guildie gave me 3 parchments. I don't think any of them are for lvl 69 spells (because I'm missing one).

61 to 65 spells only, nothing higher, there is not a drop, I repeat not a drop for a 66, 67, 68, 69, or 70 spell.


. I got two runics, 2 level 63, three 64, 3 61s in stoneroot off of spiders, but that was the first day of the expansion.

we've been averaging a couple each time we do a mission for spell progression, occasionally 3. I think we've gotten more runics than the others
