Has anyone found anything on the new level 54 'chanter spell, Illusion: Orc?

There is another 54 illusion, Vah Shir that is researchable. There's a good chance the new will be, also.

I've heard you can just buy Illusion: Orc in one of the new zones so I doubt it'll be researchable.

You can buy illusion orc in the zone Undershore for 188 plat, merchant is Brother Hidden Path. The area he's in is sort of safe, getting there isn't.

Are the spells you buy NO TRADE?

Are the spells you buy NO DROP?

I would guess that they are. Expansion spells you can purchase from a vendor are no trade so that people that don't buy the expansion don't benefit. I think the PoP spells that you buy in the library are still NO DROP, even though the PoK is open to everyone.
