New runes?

New Runes....what the hell are they for?
I've recently noticed some new runes popping up in game. Then did a search in the Barter Buyer Window and found the following runes are now in game:

Rune of Anomaly
Rune of Cold
Rune of Displacement
Rune of Halas
Rune of Inception
Rune of Light
Rune of Manipulation
Rune of Motion
Rune of Origin
Rune of the Monument
Rune of the Void

they all have the same description as normal runes "this item can be used in tradeskills"

I cannot find the items on Allah, Lucy, or eqtraders. Any ideas on what these are for?

I have hopes, since they are tradeskill tagged according to the OP, that these will be for new spells.

Unfortunately, anyone in Beta cannot deny or confirm, as they would be breaking the NDA.
