Toharon's 18L and 19

Rune of Zephyr finally popped up towards the end of last year (I think it may have even been mentioned in a patch message), but Toharon's 18L and 19 are still not in Lucy.

Anyone heard any rumours of a sighting?

Neither of them shows up in the buyer item list either.
I doubt they exist.
