OK, can anyone explain how on earth we can earn this title when it only applies to those with skill of 250 and our research skill is capped at 200?

We don't.
It's rather simple, really... we don't get it. Neither does a Master ... Fisherman... become an Expert Fisherman; all those skills that don't go to 250 are stuck at Journeyman at best.Comment
