words of neglect

i'm looking for a good place or maybe a few ideas to collect these for tailoring combines (research component is a subcombine). done a LOT of merchant hunting and haven't really found much, anyone have any ideas where i could look or focus my merchant hunting at to find these?

A good place to merchant mine is vendors in PoK and PoT. I have found a number of nice items from these merchants. Are these the merchants you have checked?

Veksar drops a lot of rare words/runes. Other than that I'm not really sure where else to check. Have you checked the Bazaar? I know that I get a lot of components for very little from time to time. Just need to check every day or so and eventually someone will be selling that component for 5pp that everybody else is selling for 50pp. I see it all the time.

I've seen words of neglect drop fairly frequently in MSeru while farming hoppity hides.
