Does anyone have specific mobs where this drops? I know some people will say Chardok/CT around level 55+..

I got mine in Veksar... either near the Temple or the Shop/Nobles.

I have gotten mine from Veksar there as well, as well as the boot camp in CT (the sewers\slimes) However i've camped there for hours upon hours upon hours and got it only once.Comment

It's used to research Divine Intervention, among other spells.
I've personally seen it drop off while my guild was AE'ing skeletons in the mines of Ssraeshza Temple.Comment
