I've read here that they drop in Dulak, but any idea what mobs drop them? Also if anyone has seen these words drop in any other zones. Post what mobs too if possible.

As reported from the devs last fan faire:

Research drops for lvl 50-60 spells are not entirely zone-specific. Parts that drop off of a mob of a given level should drop off of mobs of that same level in some other zones. They were added primarily to LoY, new, and recently revamped zones and not to all zones across the board.

Look on alakazaams and see what level mobs are in the zone... kill the ones at or above the spells level. Any drops you do get from specific mobs, compare the level of what it makes to the level of what you want, and adjust the mobs your killing to fit the trend.
