The spell recipie is incorrect I cannot combine Apparation Tenancy and Revenant to make the spell....I had parchment and quill in Warlock's Book Of Binding Plz help

I also attempted Servant of Bones combine today. I had all the words in the recipe and the parchment and quill. I tried the Warlock's combine container and got the "Cannot combine in this container yadda yadda". So I tried the Concordence and same thing. I think this recipe must be incorrect.
