Improved Invisibility Scroll used in TS?

Hey all,
I just noticed that the scroll "Improved Invisibilty" is tagged as useable in tradeskills. I checked the database and it doesn't have any known recipes using it, so I was wondering if anyone has come across a use?

I figured I woudl check here first, though it would more then likely be an item that requires the scroll be used (like the Crucible of Escape).

It's used in the Sage's Box of Research quest. Might have other uses, who knows...
