Enchanter Research drops

I need help. I have no clue where to try and farm the peices for my Tasarin's Grimoire pages (I've heard they'll drop off any mob that is between the level of the spell and spell level +5, so a peice for a level 16 spell will drop off any mob level 16-21.) I was wondering if anyone knew good places a DE Chanter could try and farm her level 16-24 spell components.

Oasis was always the place to get research components for the 16th level spells. You can also move into EK and get some.

Now, vendor mining for them is a lot easier.. find vendors that are frequented... pok, bazaar, sh, all the camps.. those should have an abundance of componets.
