Is it true that an enchanter can combine mage spells as long as the enchanter is useing the mage;s combine book?

No. Intel classes can combine their own class, and the priest combines.. but not other intel class spells.
Class tomes are restricted to the class they're for... if a chanter tried to use a mage book, it would tell them the item can't be used buy their class.
