As per thsi thread at Graffes, http://www.graffe.com/forums/showthr...threadid=9828, it has been seen dropping in MMC level 65 dungeons, a few times.

I dunno...I don't think it exists. I'm one of the lucky wizards who doesn't need the Rune for myself...only my druid friend for whatever spell he needs.

doesnt make since, since the spell it self drops in ssra and vt, right?...kinda lame i think (if im correct)
