Yaeth's 73 right - where in CT?

Guild needs to make several copies of RGC - getting ready for Emperor - can anyone help with which mobs in CT drop Yaeth's 73 right?

It's meant to be for a level 56 caster spell, so it would make sense to look for mobs that are right around level 56.

It can drop at zone in. Many research items are on the drop list and drops are rare.

We got two Yaeth 73 right drop yesterday at planks, while camping the swirling red mass/diseased mosquito. Also got Zeannor 16, Yaeth 105, and Words of Virtue, Capacity and Tenancy.

Planks/boot camp is also where I've had luck; had about 3 copies drop there. Now, if I could only find a reliable source of Words of Apparition...

I personally have seen Yaeth 73 drop in the boots/plank/sewer/whatever camp. Also, I have had them drop in the old TR camp (the one with the monk haste belt).

I am still looking for apparition. It seems as though I heard that they dropped from raptors in CY, but as yet I have had no luck in getting them here.

Couple of Questions

Hey All,

I have a couple newbie CZ questions, as I have never been there.

What area is the “planks” area and is it an underwater section?

What area is the old TR area where the monk haste belt drops?

Can anyone remember what mobs dropped Yaeth’s 73 right?

Can a 59 Druid, pretty well equipped, get to these areas and when and if he can is it possible to root rot anything that might drop Yaeth’s 73 right or is a group or two needed?

Can the mobs see through Imp sup camo and or invis to undead?

Planks (Sewers on my server) is the place where Boots of Flowing Slime (among other things) drop. It is down the water tunnel in the northern part of the Courtyard. You must cross underwater passages to get there, but the camp is mostly above water. EB is not stricktly needed.

TR, or throne room, is on the same level as courtyard, and directly connects to it. The belt I mentioned is silver shiver back sash. Most of the rest of the loot there is sub par leather class loot, I thought the belt would be the most distinctive item I could reference there =)

Go to http://www.eqatlas.com/cazicthule.html . The first two maps are really the ones you are interested in. They spell out visually how to get to TR and to Sewers.

Each and every mob summons in CT. Root dot tactics do not work due to this. One good group can do any normal camp in CT. By good group, I mean high 50s at the very least with slows and probably crowd control too.

The normal mobs in CT do not see invis. All named mobs however, do see invis. There is often a named mob (the agressor) right above the door to CY. This got me in trouble today, as I went into CT np, but upon running back out the agressor decided to come attack me, stun me, and call about 4 of his buddies to help. The moral is you are mostly safe, but not totally.

As for the mobs that dropped Yaeth, I forget which mobs dropped it in TR. In Sewers, it was either a swirling ooze, a pool of slime, or an ooze. Not sure which one, but I know it wasn't off a mosquito, and those are the names of the ooze type mobs there.

Words of apparition are dropping frequently in the MM theme of LDoN
I have got 2 copies within 15 missions (thank heaven none of the priest classes knew what it was for)

Has anyone seen a yaeth 73 right in LDoN yet? I have yet to see any drop, is always page 25 26 and the 112-118. Was thinking maybe the drop in the level 60 missions and not the level 65's since the spell is for lower levels.

Aye, market crashed on Apparition. I am still kicking myself over buying those for 6k when they started cropping up, as they are now down to 500pp.

Yaeth 73 still remains VERY rare. We did about 4 respawn cycles at planks yesterday, no drops.

Btw, RGC is now available for 800 points at Takish'Hiz LDoN camp.

New Mobs

It has been reported at Paladins of Norrath that this item now drops in Plane of Mischief. I am looking for pages myself and am trying to create a better knowledge base as to where this page drops.

Below is the link to Paladin's of Norrath, and as I mention in the thread, it was reported to me that a new mob now drops this page and drops it fairly consistently, according to the person I was speaking with.

Places I can confirm they drop at are:

CT from entrance, we pulled mobs from just outside the doors also, mind you we pulled for hours on end and days on end before we saw 1 drop but once we got 1 we had another like 2 hrs later again. Then none for weeks.

Also from POM the Dastardly Rascals (spelling) drop this alot more often and have seen it drop about once every week. Often more then that for a friend of mine that likes to camp that spot. It is soloable to a lvl 62 necro but don't get hit or your prob dead, they hit in the 350's and triple hit at that, I survived 1 hit and luckily didn't get a 2nd.

I have gotten two 72R's while camping the maze spiders, specifically the camp that can drop the Envenomed Sleeves. Also, one 72R from ft3boot pool camp. That's in about 50ish combined hours.

In several days of farming PoM halflings on and off over a couple weeks, I managed 5 Yaeth 73 rights (and 5 copies of RGC). Words of Awareness and Words of Sapience were a couple of the other notable drops.

The mobs just inside the castle also seem to drop the same research components. If you are a high DPS solo class or have a high DPS group, can pull castle mobs when you run out of halflings.
