Updated info about Qeynos newbie Bard armor quest

Just thought I'd throw in some updated information for any other new bards in the qeynos area

For the "Final Task" (Wind Spirits Longsword) the text says only one vial of gnoll blood, but there's a side note saying there are reports of two being needed, I did this quest August 1, 2003 and only one vial was needed, she actually gave the other one back to me and said she had no use for the item.

Also I've compiled a list of everything you'll need to gather for the quest, note that some items are lore so if you want to make two bracers you'll have to make one, then go get the stuff again to make the second (can't carry them all at once).
