Does this MQ of starting the war still work? If so has anyone done it and know what to do exactly friend asked me if i would be able to do this still.

Still works, just hand in the approved coldain kit and then the orders, and the General will start his journey.

Make sure the MQee has his shawl approved already or the Avatar of Below will eat his shawl.
