Just out of curiosity, when does the FT 1 kick in on this? Is it at level 1, as I have heard some people say, or at 51, the recommended level?

If it kicks in lower, I may forego saving for a drogmar and get the pieces for this, and lose one of my forrest loops.

Any info is appreciated.

I've heard (but cannot verify) that it will work no matter what level you are*. Popular twink item on FV.

* Of course, Hybrids need to be level 9 before it will work as they don't have a mana bar beforehand.

Worn effects take hold at level 1 as long as the item doesn't have a required level tag (and so can't be worn).
