Black Insanity Zek bane quest broken?

I tried getting the blood from Eriak yesterday in Drunder, but got no dialog/item from the phrase "what blood" as mentioned in the quest info posted on eqtraders etc.

I managed to get some other dialog out of him by repeating various keywords from his Hail, so I know he can see me.

Anyone done this part of the quest recently that can enlighten me to what I'm possibly doing wrong (already compleated a "Dark courage"), and only thing I can possibly think of (but unable to check) is I'm not fully flagged for Drunder, only have the alt key entry - could this be my problem?

You need to have killed either Tallon or Vallon Zek and hailed the planar projections for him to answer you.
