Shar Vahl outpost in Hollowshade

How do you get the VahShir back in their outpost? Even with a server reset the other day, the sonics still have the outpost.
Or does the npc I need to turn the rockhopper tails in actually accept tails while they're in SharVahl (assuming they do reappear there when they all say they are leaving)?

If the mobs have taken over the outpost, there should be a higher level "mini" type mob in there with guards. If you kill this mob, the zone should reset.

You have to kill the boss inside the fort to get the Vah Shir to respawn there. Might be difficult solo if your not in your 50's. A normal group of 30's should be able to pull it off though. The named wolf your looking for is called Gnarlik.

Usually not a problem since they have some interesting drops they get whacked pretty quickly.
