Does the Zephyr of Brell effect (+20% to buffs duration) work or spells cast from clicky items, such as the Enchie epic, or belts, or whatnot?

It works with the clicky SoW on my Black Fur Boots. But other focus effects don't work on clickies for their usual spells. My affliction focus items don't work on my epic clicky dot, while improved damage focus items don't work on my clicky DD bracer. I think it might have something to do with the casting time of the clicky spell, or maybe is something inherent to the focus effect, but I can't find anything in Lucy to say either way.
