Does anyone have the loc's of possible areas where the shaman crystalized Ygri root may be found in Hollowshade. Any clues would be greatly appreciated!

I have 5 of each part except the sonic wolf brain. I have pharmed wolves when they occupied the islands (which is where all the other parts dropped off the other species) and when occupying their main cave and when occupying the owl bear cave. I have /ooc'd the zone. There is me and bard and a beastlord and warrior all working on this and we are dropping alot of mobs (all in our 50s and 60s). No brains... Torv server... any suggestions or tidbits?

Sonic Wolf Brains used to drop fairly frequently from the Sonic Wolflings near the Grimling Forest zoneline. With the revamp of the zone they are incredibly rare. Most of the Wolflings and Pups are gone now and the wolves have always had poor drop rates for quest items.
I'm lucky and had a stack of brains before the revamp but I have tried to help others with the quest since then and take any shaman drops noone else needed and the quantity of all quest drops are in the toilet now.
With several people working together you will have a problem with the wolf blood too. Three of the five classes need it and it's no more common than the brains.
Your best bet would be to kill any and all Wolflings you can find wandering outside between the wolves' cave and the Grimling Forest zoneline. The drop rate blows but it's better there than anywhere else in the zone.
SOE really needs to look at this zone again. I don't think they considered the young Vah Shir when they redid the zone and there aren't enough of them doing the quest to really get SOE's attention.Comment
