I am a lowly, armor MQing, lasy ass, slob that does not want to learn smithing. I am apprehensive to Coldain and max-kos to Dain. I do not need to get near Dain at any time as Loremaster Solstrin will approve my shawl and someone else will deal with the general on my behalf. My question is: what faction is the Avatar of Below?

I found one of the many faction threads that says the "Avatar of Brells" is beta neutral. I'm hoping he meant the Avatar of Below. Can anyone confirm that the Avatar of Below is indiff to everyone?
