Typo in Aid Grimel 5th signet description?

Typo in Aid Grimel 5th signet description?

I've got to imagine this is a typo.

In the quest description for the Aid Grimel quest, for the 5th step (tailoring), the signet stats don't include a + to intelligence, which seems unlikely since every other signet has an intelligence bonus.

Can someone who has the 5th signet (or recently had it) positively confirm one way or the other what the stats are here?
