Okay, I added this and linked it from the Luclin Quests page. I'm not very familiar with any of the Shar Vahl quests, so suggestions are welcome on where I should link this from the other Shar Vahl quest writeups.

I'll leave this sticky for a few more days while folks find the new writeup.
