Shar Vahl quest

Been slowly working on the shaman section of the Shar vahl quest for the sonic weapon. Trying to complete this is a pain, just because of the poor quality of Hollowshade moor, basically it's always empty!
I know each different character has to make his own section of the weapon, but I have a stupid question. ops: Does each character have to make 5 individual potions or sections of the weapon so that everyone gets one?

If everyone of the characters wasn't to go on to the next part of the quest then, yes, all 5 of them need all 5 parts, thus you need at least 5 of each drop.....
Be prepared to spend a LOT of time in Hollowshade esepcially now that there's almost no spawns of owlbears and wolfs.

I try to keep a Reactive Sealant Soak for sale in the bazaar trying to help the new kitties. I tend to sell for 50pp which doesn't really compensate me for the time involved but I know first hand how hard it is to do this part of the quest.

The changes to Hollowshade Moor are worse than the original broken it was for questing Vah Shir. Before the fix I could wait for the right day and then farm for hours and get enough materials to make 5 or 6 potions. Now the zone changes hands so fast I can barely get set up to farm before a new faction is in control. If I move the zone gets reset before I get where I'm going.

There seems to be a few players who want to farm the crap loot drops from the war. I can't tell whether they are just greifers or really have no clue how important the zone is to other players.

There's one peice of loot that isn't really crap
Eye of the Owlbear Mother, which having almost no stats, has Flowing Thought I on it. There are some FT items that have negative stats that drop off lvl 65 MoBs, so this is gold. Thus, people are gonna be giving owlbears control again and again till they get their eye...
So doing this quest for the time being is gonna be a major hassle more so than before.
