Ornate armor, flag requirements?

Just kinda an update for the flag requirements for this quest, since the page says it's kinda vague on this area. I have Tactics flag (Behemoth kill) and a CoD flag (Grummus kill) and still can't get the kit. No PoV/PoS or other flags yet. Just tryin to get what I need to be able to get the stupid kit. :P

from my understanding you need a 3rd tier flag

I know that

HOH, BOT, POV/POS work to give you the flag you need. For some reason tactics (behemoth kill) might not because it was originally designed to be a 2nd tier zone but they merged it with Plane of War (files are still on the client and everything).

Maybe its just a bug /shrug

I believe you need BoT or HoH, maybe both.
I currently have PoS/PoV/PoNb, and I cannot do the quest yet.
My friend has HoH and BoT done, he can do the quest.

HoH alternate access quest works also.

My flags are sum total of suck, I have pov/pos, CoD alternate access, and HoH alternate access. That's it.

But it works, just look at my boots. :shock:

Edit: Oh yeah, Bor told me to go away when I talked to him with just pov/pos and CoD alternate.

Hmm, didn't know that. I have PoV/PoS and BoT and I can get the quest...so I guess BoT will do it.

Update:

Did some more flagging, some more leveling. Thinking that there might be a level requirement on this stuff as well, his response seems to kind of indicate it, but kinda not. Give him the money, am told:

Bor Wharhammer says 'I be sorry the magical properties o'the emblems would not work fer those inexperience in the ways o'planes walkon'. Come back when yer feet 'ave touched more planar ground an' yer essence strengthened with the might o' progression. '

Flags currently held are:
PoV/PoS
HoH regular access (Aerin`Dar kill)
CoD regular access (Grummus Kill)
CoDB access (Caprin Cycle)
Bertoxx Kill
Terris Thule kill (though no PoNB access - broken flag)
oh and Tallon Zek kill

Of course main reason I think it may simply mean "go out and xp" is cause, well, char is only level 51. Anyone know if there's an unstated level requirement? (cause there's none on the ornate armors themselves) If so, what is it? Twinkie needs his ornate BP!

i got my ornate legs with just the bot flag. I didnt have ponb or any of that. I don't think pov/bot really count as they are second tier.

Dont need HoH flag, a monk guildie got his arms with only PoV/PoS and BoT.

Just thought I'd confirm again that PoS/PoV + BoT worked for me. I know it because I haven't gained any further flags since

Any SINGLE third tier (BoT/HoH/Potactics) flag will work, and you also have to be level 55.

My warrior is 57 with just Tactics flag (no PoV or storms), and got ornate armor fine with just that.

Exactly the information I was looking for. Wasn't sure if his message meant go get more levels, or go get more flags. Figured if I needed to level he woulda said somethin like "go kill more moss snakes!" like the epic quest guys would say.

Unless it's leather arms/bracer/tunic, more power to you, if it's one of those pieces, then much h8 to you. :P

To be honest, I don't know what's worse.

The thought of twinking a character with this stuff, or the thought that a level 51 might actually be flagged for the tier 3 planes...
