The stats were almost the same as what earlier was posted.

MAJOR MAJOR Disapointment.... I don't think anyone will start this quest knowing now what the final signet is. Too many way way better earings out there that are arguably easier to get.

The Signet of the Arcane is given to you by the Councilman when you present him with the Marked Runed Signet along with a Hopestone. It's the final step in the quest. The Marked Runed Signet is the end of Aid Grimel's involvement and Councilman Taldarius(the Aid works for him) gives you the Signet of the Arcane for the above 2 items.

All I can say is that Im going to be doing the quest again and sport both the Arcane and the Marked earrings. Untill I can get better earrings at least.

Is it possible that theres 'another' step after the baking one? mabye to distinguish which type of earring you want (turn in your earring plus item X if you are melee/ item Y if you are a caster)? If thats the case then theres a posibility that hybrid classes could end up with both. And no offence meant for the person who said that there were better earrings out there, but all those above earrings are pretty sweet for something you get as a side effect for doing skills you use to make a living anyways. For the Traders, its a little nod and congrats for their time. FOr thsoe who are skilling up JUST to get this earring, no complaints please. It may just be another quest for you, and thats fine, but take your door prize and move along, and leave the 'i wanted more!!' talk at the door. Thanks
