Quests requiring language skills

Not exactly a trade skill, but sufficiently off the mainstream that it may still be acceptable here...

I recall from the early days of PoP that there was a quest that required skill in Elder Dragon. I found one quest on Allakhazam's site that involved that language, but the quest was unsolved.

Anyone know about such a quest, more than what Allakhazam's posts? I had thought the quest had been solved, or at least paced through more than Alla's lists.

I wouldn't call them quests.... but many of the prisoners in the cells in PoJ will only respond to you if you talk to them in their native racial language.

The alternate entry quest for Plane of Torment requires you to know Orcish.

IIRC, one of the bartenders in Qeynos wants a shipment of Blackburrow Stout straight from the brewers, and getting hold of it requires you to hail a particular mob in its native language.
