I'm in the process of doing the Manual quests and was looking to confirm if the Hope Stone for the final item is MQable. I've got the manuals themselves almost completed but have to rely on a friend in an uber guild for the Stone.

Not only is it MQ'able, but I've also heard it's tradeable.

MQable it is, tradable it is not. We saw one last night again, it is No Drop still.
