Don't know where else to ask...

This is probably not tradeskill related, but I don't know where else to ask this question, and hopefully someone here will know what the heck this is.

I was in Qey Aqueducts with a newbie character (camping Cuburt) and I started swimming around and killing the "a fish" in the water. First couple dropped the usual fish scales and fresh fish, but one dropped the following:

Lake Pebble
NO DROP
Weight: 0.3 Size: Small
Class: NONE
Race: NONE

It looks like a Lapis Lazuli in inventory (dark blue oval gem).
I tried searching the quest items at Allakhazam's but he doesn't have this item listed. I presume it's quest related (hence the No Drop tag). Anyone know anything about it?

I don't know who this guy is, he's not in Illia's Bestiary, I assume he's a LoY character?

Sounds like one of the Frogloks. He's probably involved in a quest for one of the classes, although I can't remember which class Guja would be (Dar is warrior and Shin is paladin).

This is the discussion section for Lake Rathetear. The following information is all there is so far:

Guja Master Therik is part of the Froglok Warrior quest. My lvl33 froggy is well into this quest. I'll post the walkthrough once i'm finished. Hint: As part of your underwater training, he'll spawn "The Lake Lurker". I'm pretty sure i'm the first to see this hammerhead shark on Erollisi. Easy soloable at 33 BUT must be soloed! I had help the first time and he POOFED! Lost all my turn-in items and had to start over!!!! I've sent a pic of the Lake Lurker to the site, hopefully they'll post!
