Specific Mob drop?

I'm down to just the hope stone on the secrets quest but want to narrow my focus on mob type etc on completing this quest...anyone got some info on this vaunted drop?

Location

The four elemental planes, there are reports from them all.

Reported as having dropped of Minibosses, bosses, gods, and even one report of having dropped off yard trash in Plane of Earth.

have personally seen them off jopals in fire, mudwalkers in earth and I think a regrua in water(all one groupable exp mobs), they appear to be random drops everywhere in elemental planes but I could've sworn they were no drop

They ARE nodrop

They ARE on the loot table of any mob in any elemental zone

Got one last night off trash in PoE while exp'ing.

Have seen one drop like 2 feet from zonein in PoWater. Also from yard trash in PoEarth.

Very very rare drop off xp mobs. First one i think was found by foh off fennin but i think it was fixed so they dont drop off boss mobs. Never seen one off a boss at least just the xp mobs. Most drops come from fire and earth basically because those are the two big xp zones. Seen one or two from water raids and I dont think any in air. So basically if you are 4th tier enabled spend some time xping and you are bound to get one in a few days or so.
