I know this is gonna be a really stupid question but what are the Mylik, Adier and Bertoxxulous quests you need to start the Aid Grimel quest ? I've tried searching everywhere for Mylik and Adier and cant seem to find them referenced anywhere. Help would be much appreciated.

They are brothers who followed Bertox, but he cursed them.
One stands outside the entrance to PoDisease, hail him, say "What plane of disease" and then "What ward" to get the appropriate character flag.
Enter Disease, kill Grummus, zone into CoDecay, then zone back out to PoTranq, hail them both (The other brother is unnamed directly in the game, he is "Elder Fuirstel" in the infirmary), then go back to CoDecay, kill Bertoxxulous. Head back out, hail them both again. That completes the flag, and Fahlia Shadyglade (also in the Tranquility infirmary) will flag you properly to kill Saryrn (but not to enter Torment, you need Terris Thule dead for that) and obtain the first half of the Cipher of Druzzil.
Grummus is challenging for a raid. The Bertoxxulous event is a 2 hour event that most major raid guilds on your server will either have not been able to do yet, or will have taken 3-10 attempts to succeed at (it's rather difficult). On the Luclin server, only 3 guilds have beatten it so far.
The Aid Grimel quest is not a quest for tradeskillers. It is a quest for tradeskillers who belong to (or are very friendly with) major raid guilds.
