POP-Ornate Shaman Boots-Data and Question

I didn't see the pop data thread anymore, figured I'd post these here, since they're questy.

Scaled Avatar's Boots
AC:20, Dex:4, Wis:7, Agi:4, Mana:40, HP:35, FR:5, DR:5, CR:5
Focus Effect: Blast of Venom
Wt 7.5 Size small
Shaman, All

My friend (the shaman) and I are of the opinion that something is a bit messed up with the stats, because the Elemental Priest boots all have upgraded Mana Preservation, and the Druid Boots have Mana Preservation 4. The Ornate and Elemental armors seem to have pieces that all match for class types (priest, caster, etc), and it seems strange that these would be different. I think he reported them as a bug, but not 100% sure. Anyway, he likes them better than his SS boots, even if they don't have MP4 so its still good .

*edit* I forgot to add, He's never seen them "Flicker with power" when he's cast a spell so far, so the effect itself may be broken as well.

Oddly enough, there is no focus effect for Blast of Venom in the spell database according to Lucy. There is a lv 54 shaman spell by that name, however. I think you're right. Someone goofed on the effect. :P

i didnt see the thread either so ill post that elemental molds, leather for beastlord, took one cured thereal energy for cap, and elemental mold, silk for caster took two ethereal silk swatches for sleeves...

edit also air mephit skin is wt3.5 size large all/all stackable

i got a mold today to do that armor, could anyone post the real effect on these plz? is this part of scaled avatar's still broken?(i have search over the net without info)

coz i got a rogue too that could find this mild usefull so i need to know in order to use it as rog or as shm
