I just failed my first mix and my pottery is 123. Oh well. Just a note for you guys to know.

Just because you failed doesn't mean the trivial is incorrect. I'm a 250 brewer and still fail on Soda Water, which trivials somewhere in the 70's if I remember correctly. There's always a chance of failure.

At 122--the trivial for the gate potion--I would still fail 3 - 4 out of 10 attempts. Since I've gotten my pottery into the 150's, however, I think I've failed once. Of course, I use a lot fewer gate potions these days, what with PoP and all...

Isn't there something somewhere stickied that says when you fail you do not get a trivial message?
Trivial does not equal always succeeds.
