Planar Traveller's Manual - Complete 3 times?

I received the Planar Traveller's Manual after all that **(*& running. I turned in the Hobgoblin Surprise and Planar Traveller's Manual to get the Beginner's Magic Manual. Now, since the Planar Traveller's Manual is not returned, I have no Planar Traveller's Manual And the remaining 2 NPCs tell me I need to get the right tools (not exact words). Does this mean you have to do the Planar Traveller's Manual quest 3 times? Or do you have to do the 3 Beginner's Manual quests in a certain order? I didn't see anything on the quest pages about a specific order.....

Nevermind

While searching here and the net for any information regarding why the NPCs wouldn't cooperate, I consumed the planar blood brew I had just paid 2k for in the Bazaar. This and the 4 failed baking trophies have broken this camel's hump...taking up solitaire.

I know its not a *hard* quest. I have 2 accounts/16 characters-11, of which, have ran all over PoK doing the quest. If I had known it had to be completed 3 times, I would have just done it three times. Not sit idle, searching the net for information....thereby, consuming the 2k worth of planar blood brew I had just purchased.

Perhaps the quest page should be updated to specify the quest has to be completed 3 times. *shrug*
