I've been trying to forage maggots in Oceangreen Hills for a quest, and after over an hour, no maggots. I need four for the quest. I was wondering if maybe my AA-boosted forage is so high that maggots are no longer on my forage table. Has anyone else with high forage skill gotten maggots there?

Ah, I did some research and they're apparently a much more common forage in Temple of Bertoxxolus, if you need them, forage them there. -
I was getting about 1 maggot for every 3-4 of the other things in that zone.

I expect it is probably true that the higher your skill the less likely you get a maggot. but it should not be "none" just less common :/ But you found a good solution.

Actually VPNing in on my vacation.... looks like the chance for maggots does NOT change across the levels of foraging... so... it was just bad luck (it is one of the less common ones on the table)Ngreth Thergn

Veritable QuandaryI don't know if it is meant to necessarily be more common in the temple, but there definitely appears to be fewer items on the forage table there which tends to make it appear more often.
