The criteria here states that I need to loot 1 Razor-Sharp Drake Claw and to hand it in as the final task for completing the quest. The problem is that ive looted from Creator instanced and Thundercrest isles non-instanced version, and received no quest update. I was wondering if any other High Elves have finished this quest, and where they looted the claw from for the criteria update?

Petitioning to the GMs yielded no worthy response, just a simple "do a /bug" thing.

You have to loot it from an instanced version of Lavaspinner's Lair. When you talk to Elistar Vorann, she says "I have several sets of research components I have been after for some time now. Unfortunately I have not had the time to be able to gather them myself. If you would be willing to retrieve them for me they can be found in several areas, the [Ocean of Tears], [Lower Guk], [Fungus Grove], or [Lavaspinner's Lair]."
