Isle Kirin

Please post if you have completed the Wood Elf version of the DoN cultural armor quests and can tell me (for certain) where I need to go to kill 10 Isle Kirin and loot 1 impeccable kirin horn AND get credit for doing so in the task window! I keep killing kirin in DoN zones and not getting credit towards the task!

Somebody said in the Creator Mission. If thats true, why must I be tortured by Sony all the **** time? I didn't have to go into an instanced zone for the last portion of this same task! So why now and why without any hint or clue? Why must I continue to suffer?

I don't ever recall these mobs in the Creator mission.

Well...it's possible that I am mis-remembering...but I seem to recall Isle Kirins in Creator. They spawn in the garden area and in the Furious area. Would make sense, too...as Creator occurs in Thundercrest Isles. If I am wrong, they are at least Isle *somethings* with a Kirin model.

It is in creator. And it is bugged. Not only do the Kirin give you credit, the drakes count towards it also (atleast it did when i did my GM book). The horn does drop off a kirin. Also, it is kind of misleading, it says Kirin, But they mean any horse model in Creator.

Also, Where did you kill 120 drakes and loot 80 claws at if not in a instanced zone??? I only got them to count in instanced zone, ie Creator.

Only instanced zones

I heard early on that drops only counted in instanced zones, and I haven't had any troubles. I got all my drops in the Creator task. I noticed when killing all those drakes that I also got "quest updated" messages when killing the kirin, and sure enough, when I finally killed all the drakes, the kirins were also done. I got a horn to drop on the first kirin to fall after the drakes were done, and I was done.
