ok i can't find it anymore. the old quest writ had the exact phrases needed for each stage of the quest. does anyone have the extract phrases for each stage of the quest?

thats what i was referring to. but it doesn't give the flag text. i remember when it was there that one of the flags had two differnt ways of getting recorded. a completed flag one wihta victory and the other a partial victory
