Bug in DoN human cultural grandmaster task?

The first step of the Qeynos-as-home-city human grandmaster's task tells you to slay 120 lavaspinners in Lavaspinner's Lair. However, I found that killing just about anything with the word "lavaspinner" (note the case, as there are some "Lavaspinner" mobs) in its name in Lavastorm Mountains worked equally well. Presumably this is a bug, and similar results may or may not apply for other levels of mastery and other races' cultural quests.

I suspect this is a result of the code merely looking for "lavaspinner" as a substring in the name, and not bothering to check the zone when it finds a match. Similar results with kills of "a cinder goblin wizard" and "a cinder goblin warrior" counting toward a Lavastorm Mountains task to kill cinder goblins but a kill of "Cinder Goblin Overseer" not counting. Case check bad! Zone check good! Fire bad!</FRANKENSTEINS_MONSTER> Ahem.

I /bug-ged it in-game, so hopefully this will get some attention.

Two notes.

First, the current implementation of the quests has the Zone marked as "ALL", so kills with the matching name will count in any zone. This is a known issue, and the devs have already said they have the code team working on a fix.

Second, it's not necessarily checking for case on the goblins. It could be checking for "a cinder goblin" in the name, as opposed to "cinder goblin".
